For violation of the Environmental Protection Act, polluters are fined from BGN 200 to 20,000. In case of repeated violation, the amount of the fine is doubled. The discarded waste pollutes the environment in which we live and creates preconditions for the occurrence of bacterial and viral diseases and parasitic diseases !! Anyone can submit signals for pollutants to the Ministry of Environment and Water – tel. 02/988 82 05 and 0887 088 440.
